Gray Mortar: Applied in a very thin layer of 3–5 mm to ensure uniform, even wall finishes. Enhanced Performance: Formulated with thermally insulating materials that maintain brick insulation without the need for additional sand mixing or screening, unlike traditional mortars (typically applied 1–2 cm thick with weaker adhesion). Efficient Coverage: White Mortar: One 40 kg bag can build 70–100 blocks (each 60 cm x 20 cm x 20 cm). Gray Mortar: One 40 kg bag is sufficient to construct approximately 50 bricks (each 40 cm x 20 cm x 20 cm), depending on the applied thickness. BSCO Roof – High-Performance Concrete Waterproofing System Product Variants: Liquid Form (20 kg bag): Contains advanced polymer compounds for exceptional water resistance. Optimized for enhanced adhesion when mixed with cement-based powder. Powder Form (23 kg bag): Cementitious base with high silica content and specialized additives. Offers extended open time, superior flexibility, and rubber-like extensibility. Mixing & Application: Mixing: Combine the liquid and powder to achieve a paint-like consistency. Surface Preparation: Apply on thoroughly cleaned, crack-free, and level concrete surfaces. For imperfect surfaces, pre-treat cracks and defects with BSCO Plaster or BSCO Bond. Application Process: Apply using a roller in three successive, orthogonal layers (minimum recommended is three layers) to maximize waterproofing performance. Allow approximately two hours of drying time between layers (adjustable with seasonal conditions).
