Friedrich Lütze GmbH in Weinstadt is a member of the globally active LUETZE INTERNATIONAL GROUP and plays a central role within the LÜTZE Group with its sales department, production facilities and development and research department.

In 1958, Friedrich Lütze (1923-2014) founded Lütze GmbH in Weinstadt near Stuttgart. Since then, electronic and electrotechnical components and system solutions for automation as well as high technology for railway engineering have been developed and manufactured there.

With groundbreaking innovations and international patents, the then still young company quickly attracted attention. With the market launch of the LSC system for control cabinet wiring in 1972, control cabinet builders were able for the first time to save up to 25 % space compared to conventional construction. At the beginning of the 1960s, LÜTZE was one of the first suppliers worldwide with its highly flexible cables.

Since the company was founded, it has been part of the company philosophy to be one of the top suppliers in the automation industry with highly innovative products. It is not without reason that LÜTZE invests significantly more in research and development than the average in the industry.

The family-owned company is managed by the second generation of the family, Udo Lütze.
