It organizes pouches to layers by one each time, stacks them with interlayer partition boards if more than one row in a box and orderly placement is required, delivers them to the loading funnel, pushes the pouches into a formed box. Then, the loaded box is conveyed to the carton sealing station to be sealed at both the top and bottom. The pouch collator organizes products seamlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
