The VCX controller programmer allows you to control the triggers of your existing applicators. The system is controlled from a touch screen connected to the controller. Its modular design makes it easy to expand and upgrade and allows you to expand your system's capabilities as needs grow. The self-recognition of additional components simplifies these extensions. CartonChek brings users complete information on production line performance in real time. The screen simultaneously displays job statistics, defect images and history bar to facilitate analysis. CartonChek detects and identifies defective gluing (hot melt or cold glue), folds, barcodes, print registration, manufactures joint, as well as issues with sheets such as skew.
