While traditional methods rely on burning off (thermal decomposition) the epoxy resin surrounding the carbon fiber, Catack-H dissolves the epoxy using water and cost-effective additives.

Eco-friendliness: The process emits almost no harmful gases and reduces carbon emissions by approximately 86% compared to the production of virgin materials.

Maintenance of High Quality: There is virtually no fiber damage typically caused by high temperatures, allowing the recovered carbon fiber (rCF) to maintain over 95% of the tensile strength of virgin carbon fiber.
